Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including any facility-specific documentation processes outside of standard onboarding
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient treatment plans
• Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required; compact licensure accepted at start, but permanent Indiana state licensure must be obtained promptly upon assignment start
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill contract QA credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Minimum 13-week contract commitment expected

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or contract assignment experience
• Strong documentation skills and ability to adapt to facility-specific systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a therapy team
