Physical Therapist- Greater Livingston, NJ

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our clinician-owned and operated private practice in the Greater Livingston, NJ area. As a key member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation services designed to maximize functional independence and quality of life for older adults across community and residential settings. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and provide hands-on treatment focused on mobility, balance, strength, pain management, and fall prevention. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals, to ensure patient-centered, coordinated care that exceeds client expectations. You will document all assessments, treatments, and patient progress in a timely and accurate manner using electronic medical records, while educating patients, caregivers, and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and long-term wellness.
