Licensed Practical Nurse in Lake Charles, LAPatient-Focused. Purpose-Driven. Join our team as an LPN and make an impact where it matters most.Essential duties include:Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.Communicates with the attending physicians, other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and Report changes in patient condition and need to RNGreat time management skillsQualifications:Must be a graduate of an accredited School of NursingCurrent and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Louisiana licenseCurrent CPR certificationMust be able to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour shiftsHave dependable transportationMake a difference in the lives of others — and your own — with Sage Specialty Hospital.
