Radiology - CT Tech

The specific location of this position has not been disclosed. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night Shift - Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, with some variation. No call required. Job Description The CT Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services for both inpatient and outpatient settings under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. The role requires a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), as well as state licensing as a general radiographer. Responsibilities Perform basic radiographic procedures, including fluoroscopy, portable procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures. Possess knowledge of processing CT systems, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Graduate of an accredited AMA school. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
