Role Description

This is a part time/full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at South Village Hospitality Group and can be across one restaurant or between the four. The SM will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing service processes to meet business goals at the direction of the Service and Beverage Managers.

Responsible for supporting the Operations Director and Service Managers by managing all FOH team members, ensuring execution of daily standards of procedure, maintaining high standards and conditions, and fostering a positive and humble environment. Ensure the entire space looks, smells, and feels great- lighting, temperature, restrooms, cleanliness, seating arrangements. Be a participating member of the team during required weekly management meetings. Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and proficient in various tech systems including Toast POS, Schedulefly, Google Drive, InDesign, and Microsoft platforms.
