Receptionist

Headquartered in Miami, Florida, with service centers in London and Singapore, DASI is a truly global partner, serving customers’ parts and inventory needs in more than 140 countries.DASI is embracing the potential of online sales and their digital marketplace, which has been growing exponentially and has tremendous potential with the right technology team in place to support and take it to the next level.Purpose:At DASI, the role of the Receptionist is key, acting as the first point of contact with our clients and customers, vendors and the employee population.Key accountabilities:Coordinate the incoming and outgoing mail.Using a switchboard - answer calls and forward on to the relevant person and take thorough messages.Welcome and greet guests, vendors and employees.Answer questions and direct them appropriately.Help maintain security by tracking visitors.Sign for incoming packages and route them efficiently,Perform typing, scanning and data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.Perform other duties as assigned.Key skills and competences:Show passion for the customer, fellow employees and the business that we’re in.Develop collaborative working relationships.Manage multiple tasks seamlessly and adapt to the work environment.Excellent communication skills.Clearly communicate in verbal and written form to all levels.Strong attention to detail.Self Sufficient.Can work in a solo environment.Experience and qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a receptionist with a professional firm.Handle multiple line telephone systems preferred.Phone etiquette with a client focus.Mature, polished, and professional presence and disposition.Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with all levels of personnel.DASI, LLC. and group companies are an Equal Opportunities Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Dasi Llc
