Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time, Benefit Eligible)
Location: Neillsville, WI
Schedule: 36 hours/week | 8:00am–8:30pm, Tuesday, Friday, and every other weekend.

Are you looking to make a meaningful impact in recovery services? Deep River , a brand‑new Substance Use Disorder treatment facility in Neillsville, WI, is seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team.

Deep River provides trauma‑informed, gender‑specific residential treatment for adult men , operating under DHS 75 and DHS 83 licensing. Our team supports residents as they work toward sustainable recovery in a safe, structured, and hopeful environment.

What You'll Do

• Support, monitor, and interact with residents while providing positive role modeling
• Assist with daily living skills, housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Monitor or administer medications per program policies
• Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records
• Support treatment goals and respond to emergencies or crisis situations
• Transport residents to appointments and services as needed
• Participate in staff meetings and required training

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, or recovery support preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
• DHS 83 training preferred (required after hire)
