Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Marshfield, Wisconsin, 54404!
Shift Information
Shift Type: 12‑hour weekend day shifts
Shift Times: 07:00 – 19:30
Days: Friday / Saturday / Sunday
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
Provide patient care on a Med Surg/Tele unit (Ortho, Uro, Neuro, Trauma, Vascular) .
Monitor and assess patients, including telemetry‑monitored patients.
Perform wound care, post‑op care, and manage specialty equipment (CPAP/BiPAP/High Flow).
Collaborate with telemetry techs, CNAs, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
Document care accurately in Cerner .
Float to other adult Med/Surg units as needed.
Follow unit protocols and maintain a safe, clean patient environment.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – License to submit: 1–2 years acute care nursing experience required
