Job Title: Mechanic/Service Technician

Job Description

Join a dynamic and growing company as a Mechanic/Service Technician, where you will play a crucial role in servicing and maintaining larger Power Distribution rental equipment. This position involves a combination of shop and field work, servicing equipment such as industrial diesel compressors, generators, HVAC equipment, and compressed air treatment components. The role requires a balance of 50% time in both shop and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial diesel compressors and generators.
• Service HVAC equipment and compressed air treatment components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480-V.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and hydraulic flow drawings.
• Split time evenly between shop and field service within a two-hour radius of the Enola Area.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic or service technician.
• Experience with diesel engines and automotive systems.
• Proficiency in electrical engines and controllers.
• Ability to use CDI and Munters diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of power distribution and AC/DC systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Enola, PA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Enola,PA.
