Job Summary

A growing business services and technology solutions provider is hiring a B2B Sales Consultant to develop new business across Pflugerville, Austin, and the surrounding Central Texas territory. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a motivated outside sales professional who enjoys prospecting, meeting with decision-makers, building long-term relationships, and closing consultative business solutions.

This role offers the ability to manage and grow your own territory with the support of experienced leadership, collaborative internal teams, professional training, and strong market demand. Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities throughout Pflugerville, Austin, and the Central Texas market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, business development activities, and in-person meetings.
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers across multiple industries.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations to understand client needs and recommend tailored business solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposals, negotiation, closing, and account follow-up.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline updates, opportunity tracking, and client communications.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Base salary of $55,000 per year.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- First-year on-target earnings potential of $80,000 or more.
