Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Berlin, MD. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injuries, illnesses, or disability. This role provides the opportunity to impact patient outcomes while experiencing a new community.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Maryland state Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience providing OT services in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and functional mobility assessments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy or contract OT experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.
