OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Position: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $20-$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle daily shipping and receiving operations in a warehouse environment.
  
  
• Prepare shipments using DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Unishippers.
  
  
• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
  
  
• Prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments based on direction from the Operations Manager.
  
  
• Help organize inventory and maintain an orderly warehouse.
  
  
• Work with the team to keep materials and shipments moving on schedule.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and willing to learn. The right person doesn't need to know everything on day one, but should be ready to learn the process and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
THE MUSTS

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  
  
• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities.
  
  
• Willingness to take direction from the Operations Manager.
  
  
• Ability to handle daily warehouse and shipping tasks.

PREFERRED

• Previous warehouse experience.
  
  
• Previous shipping and receiving experience.
  
  
• Familiarity with DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Unishippers.
  
  
• Experience with picking, packing, and processing shipments.
