Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ED RN to provide high-quality emergency care across various shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and efficient emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Assess patients' conditions and prioritize treatment based on urgency.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and implement treatment plans as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
-.Valid Registered Nurse license in Washington State or an active Multi-State license.

• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Hold current ACLS certification.
• Complete Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or equivalent educational experience.
• Obtain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
• Demonstrate ability to float between departments if required.
