Commercial Insurance Account ManagerCrest Insurance is seeing a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Tempe office. You will work alongside experienced professionals in our state-of-the-art Tempe facility, where collaboration and mentorship drive both individual and team success.What You'll DoPartner with Producers to service and retain commercial accountsBuild trusted relationships with clients through proactive communicate and exceptional serviceReview and recommend appropriate coverages; identify opportunities to expand account protectionProcess new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations with accuracy and timelinessSupport Producers with proposals, summaries of insurance, and marketing/quotation processEducate clients on coverages, exclusions, and policy requirementsCoordinate with carriers and wholesalers to secure optimal coverage termsMaintain accurate documentation in agency management systemHandle invoicing and accounting procedures promptly and accuratelyWhat You'll BringRequiredActive Property & Casualty Insurance license3-5+ years of commercial lines experience in an independent agency settingProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to an in-office collaboration with some remote flexibilityPreferredExperience with Applied EPIC and CSR24 BenefitsAt Crest, we pride ourselves on providing a highly competitive and comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Telehealth, 401K match, several ancillary products and a generous PTO and sick time bank.
