Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to partner with our Corporate Development team. The role leads end-to-end legal support for acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and strategic partnerships, drafting and negotiating core deal documents and guiding due diligence. You will manage multiple transactions, coordinate with finance, tax, HR, IT, and senior leadership, and help build scalable M&A processes and playbooks while ensuring compliance and timely closing of #J-18808-Ljbffr Roman Health Pharmacy LLC
