Information Technology Project Coordinator

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract Pay Rate: Up to $35/hr Location: Local candidates preferred About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support IT and business-related projects from planning through execution. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate and support multiple IT and business projects Schedule meetings and distribute meeting notes and action items Track project tasks, documentation, timelines, and deliverables Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting project scope Support project planning, testing, training, deployment, and rollout activities Maintain project status updates, schedules, and reporting tools Help prepare project communications such as status reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates Track project risks, issues, action items, and decisions (RAID logs) Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership teams Build strong working relationships across technical and business teams Provide additional project support duties as needed Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience using project management or collaboration tools such as Asana Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Minimum Qualifications At least 3 years of recent experience in project coordination or project management support roles Preferred Qualifications Experience working within government or public sector environments #J-18808-Ljbffr CornerStone Technology Talent Services
