Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of IT initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure project milestones are met, timelines are maintained, and communication among stakeholders is seamless. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in planning and executing IT projects
• Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes
• Assign project tasks and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal teams and stakeholders
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to team members and leadership
• Assist with managing project budgets and expenditures
• Organize stakeholder communications and ensure transparency across all project phases
• Follow up on action items and deliverables to ensure accountability
• Support risk tracking, change control, and quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT project coordination or project support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana)
• Knowledge of IT systems, software development processes, and infrastructure projects
