This is an excellent opportunity for anyone that has just graduated with their Masters and that is looking to gain experience in a residential setting.Primary job duties include:Serve as the primary liaison between clients, families, and the clinical treatment team.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families to support engagement in treatment.Coordinate communication regarding treatment updates, scheduling, family meetings, and transitions in care.Collaborate with clinicians, medical providers, nursing, residential staff, and case management to ensure continuity of care.Address client and family concerns by coordinating with appropriate departments and ensuring timely follow-up.Support clients throughout admission, treatment, and discharge planning.Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and communicate relevant information as appropriate.Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.Assist with referrals, appointments, and coordination of services.Support crisis intervention efforts and communicate high-risk concerns to clinical leadership.Promote client satisfaction by identifying opportunities to improve communication and the treatment experience.Maintain compliance with agency policies, accreditation standards, and confidentiality requirements.Attend supervision, staff meetings, and required trainings.Perform other duties as assigned.Please note: Working at least one weekend day every week is a mandatory requirement of this position. Additionally, an on-call rotation exists among several clinical team members. More information will be shared in the interview process.This position is well suited for an early-career behavioral health professional interested in care coordination, family engagement, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Experience in residential treatment, case management, or client advocacy is preferred.Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.LMSW, LPC Associate (LPC-A), LMFT Associate (LMFT-A), or license-eligible preferred.Experience working with adolescents or young adults in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential settings preferred.Experience working within a multidisciplinary treatment model preferred.A typical day could include:Checking in with clients throughout the week to support their treatment journey and provide insight on client needs to the rest of the care teamHelping clients talk through stressorsCalls to families to share about our work with the teen and provide parent coaching where appropriateHelping new clients feel more comfortableEngaging in client-to-client mediations to help peers build relationshipDocumenting client support and interventions for data collectionQualificationsBehaviors:Preferred: Detail Oriented, Team Player, DedicatedEducation:Required: Masters or better in Social Work or related field.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
