The Arc Lexington is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Manager to lead and inspire our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community homes. Responsibilities Lead and train Direct Support Professionals to foster a warm, empowering environment. Supervise and support staff across multiple community homes to ensure high-quality care. Collaborate with team members to implement individualized care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
