EXPERIENCED SHIFT LEAD Shift Lead - Full Time
Welcome to Moe’s!
Moe’s Southwest Grill is now hiring energetic, service-oriented staff with great customer service skills. Opportunity for growth, competitive pay and bonus potential. Benefits include PTO earned with each hour worked, Birthday pay, and adjustable schedules.
As a Shift Lead your duties will include:
Greet every guest with an enthusiastic Welcome to Moe's as they enter the restaurant.
Lead team in preparing and serving food with a smile. Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to guests.
Assist General Manager with training all new employees.
Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and regulations are obeyed.
Instruct staff on the cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards and keep appropriate records.
Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
Requirements: Hands-on management style is essential. Experience managing team members in the food industry. Must be able to work all shifts. Excellent communicator: Speaks and writes with a high degree of professionalism and credibility. Growth-driven & career-oriented outlook. Must enjoy building relationships and developing people. Self- motivated with strong organizational skills. Experience in leading a team is essential!
