Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Lead, train, and hold the on-site team accountable to AAM standards.
- Manage budgets, expenses, rent collections, and delinquencies.
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, local/state laws, and AAM policies.
- Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal and asset integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience (Community Director/Property Manager preferred).
- Strong leadership, financial, and customer service skills
- Strong leasing experience.
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.).
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and New Mexico landlord-tenant laws.
- CAM, ARM, or CPM designation a plus.
