Job Title: Pick and Pack Worker - Pack/Parcel

Location: Burlington, Kentucky

First Shift:

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (10-hour shifts with mandatory overtime)

Second Shift:

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (10-hour shifts with mandatory overtime)

Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable Pick and Pack Workers for our Burlington, Kentucky facility. These positions are responsible for packing out customer orders, verifying accuracy, and preparing shipments. Candidates must be comfortable using computers and able to read, write, and speak English to ensure proper order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack orders that have been picked, ensuring correct quantities and part numbers
• Verify and label boxes for shipment
• Prepare parcels for outgoing delivery according to company standards
• Enter and review information in computerized systems
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work scheduled 10-hour shifts with mandatory overtime

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with computers
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to stand, lift, and move packages throughout shifts
• Reliable and willing to work mandatory overtime
• Prior experience in warehousing, packing, or shipping is a plus
