Administrative Assistant – Imaging Administration (Contract)

Shift: Days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5 x 8-hour shifts)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $30–$33/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,320/week
Assignment Type: EXCLUSIVE Epic Assignment

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support for the Imaging Administration department. 2+ years of clerical experience and current Epic EMR experience are required. Medical subpoena processing experience is preferred.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative experience
Healthcare administrative experience preferred
Medical subpoena processing experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Professional written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software
Ability to maintain confidential patient information
Current Epic EMR experience required
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Associate's Degree or equivalent administrative experience preferred
Experience working in a hospital or medical office environment
