• Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions addressing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing issues.
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families to aid progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Participate in inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring smooth transitions in care.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

License and Certification

• Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
