What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for neonates
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Support daily coverage in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery
• Participate in structured shifts, including 16- and 24-hour schedules
• Ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge in a patient-centered environment

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license (Georgia or eligible)
• Neonatal or NICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
