Talent Acquisition Team

• Deploy AI across the entire funnel. Use the latest models in every part of talent ops to find the best people in the world faster than any team has before.

Role Scope

• Own interview coordination end to end: schedule and manage complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across formats, time zones, and roles with zero dropped balls.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary point of contact through the interview process, responsive and clear at every touchpoint.
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, logistical issues, and process bottlenecks before they become problems.
• Own accurate, up-to-date candidate records and workflow tracking in the ATS.
• Partner with Partners and Sourcers on the tasks that keep pipelines healthy and hiring moving.
• Spot friction in the process, flag it, and help build better workflows, leaving every system better than you found it.

What We're Looking For

• You've coordinated recruiting, or run administrative or operations work, in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• You manage high volumes of moving parts across multiple roles at once without losing quality or urgency.
• You sweat the details and run a tight process, and people can always count on you to follow through.
• You communicate with precision, so candidates, hiring managers, and teammates always know where things stand.
• You keep clean data and have a low tolerance for errors, because clean systems produce better outcomes.
• ATS and scheduling tools (Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar). High-volume technical recruiting coordination. Process and workflow building.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
