Strategy & Ops | High-Growth Tech Startup | New York

We are working with a seed-stage technology company in NYC that sit at the intersection of AI and enterprise software.

They're seed-stage with seven-figure revenue already on the board, backed by tier-1 investors, with a founding team from some of the best firms in banking, consulting, and PE.

The role

A Strategy & Ops hire - high ownership, direct line to the founders, in-person in Manhattan five days a week.

Roughly 50/50 split: half owning strategic relationships with enterprise clients at CMO level from day one, half working directly with product and engineering to shape the roadmap.

This is not a support function - you'll set client strategy, run implementations, and be genuinely opinionated about what gets built.

Who we are looking for

2–6 years from IB, PE, consulting, or a high-growth startup
Still hands-on and individually executing - not managing layers of people
Sharp, fast-learning, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-pace environments
Strong communicator - confident in front of senior client stakeholders from day one
Looking to build something, not join something already figured out
