What You'll Do

Manage incoming calls on a multi-line system

Schedule appointments in our cloud-based system

Coordinate schedules for six providers

Check patients in and verify insurance information

Collect copays and process retail transactions

Document detailed patient messages in our EHR

Maintain accurate demographic and insurance records

Support daily administrative operations

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress preferred

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Professional communication skills

Interest in healthcare administration or the medical field
