Please feel free to apply even if you do not meet every bullet point.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize CRM workflows, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and consistent usage across the sales teamBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion trends, and revenue performancePartner with Sales Leadership to define operating rhythms, including weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting cadences, and KPI trackingDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the sales lifecycle, including process redesign, automation, and workflow optimizationSupport onboarding and training of new sales team members on systems, processes, and toolsEnsure compliance with internal controls and data governance standardsMaintain audit-ready documentation for sales processes and revenue operations workflowsStay current on emerging sales technologies, CRM enhancements, and operational best practicesStreamline lead management processes, including routing, scoring, and handoffs between Marketing, SDRs, and AEsManage sales tooling (CRM, sequencing tools, call intelligence platforms) including configuration, integrations, and user enablementAnalyze sales performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for improved efficiencySupport territory planning, quota setting, and compensation modeling with data-driven insightsDevelop and maintain documentation for sales processes, playbooks, and best practicesCoordinate cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent reportingRequirements3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related roleStrong hands-on experience with CRM administration (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), including workflow automation and reportingDemonstrated ability to build dashboards, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendationsExperience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance trackingExperience leveraging AI to improve sales operations, sales processes, forecastingFamiliarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar) and how they map to CRM workflowsExperience managing sales tools such as sequencing platforms, call intelligence tools, or data enrichment systemsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plusSolid understanding of lead lifecycle management, territory planning, and quota processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to translate operational complexity into clear guidanceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes and prioritiesNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience in a healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS organizationFamiliarity with revenue operations frameworks and best practicesExperience with HubSpot or Salesforce certification(s)Exposure to GTM tooling (Clari, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar)Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Finance, and Customer SuccessEqual OpportunityAdaptX is an equal opportunity employer. The salary range for the role is $82,000 and $92,000 depending on experience.
