Were looking for a hands-on Fabrication Leadman who still enjoys welding and building but is ready to lead and mentor a small team.If youre the type who likes getting your hands dirty, solving problems, and helping others improve their skills, this is the job for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of fabricators and welders
- Stay hands-on with welding and fabrication work
- Read blueprints and help keep projects on track
- Mentor and train newer employees
- Help maintain quality and shop efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Strong fabrication and welding experience
- Ability to read prints
- Leadership mindset and positive attitude
- Pride in quality work
This is a working lead position not a desk job.
