Now hiring for an NP or PA in Decatur, GA.
This opportunity offers a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality kidney care while supporting providers with the resources and training needed to succeed.
Whether you have prior nephrology experience or are looking to transition into the specialty, we welcome clinicians from a variety of backgrounds. Candidates with dialysis or nephrology experience are encouraged to apply, though comprehensive onboarding and specialty training are available for motivated providers seeking to expand their expertise.

Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation range: $124,500 - $148,000 annually
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
- CME allowance and paid CME time

Schedule & Practice Details
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Primarily outpatient nephrology clinic and dialysis rounding responsibilities
- Minimal travel within the local service area
- Collaborative practice environment working alongside experienced nephrologists and clinical staff
- Opportunity to develop expertise in chronic kidney disease management, hypertension, dialysis care, and patient education
- Manage and coordinate care for patients across dialysis units and outpatient clinic settings throughout the Decatur area
