Your ability to balance long-term and short-term thinking will be key in driving change and addressing system-level enablers.Responsibilities- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities- Conducting market research and analyzing local market trends to inform business development strategies- Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing tools to optimize client engagement and acquisition efforts- Leading client prospecting and proposal coordination to expand the Firm's client base- Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and drive thought leadership- Managing contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability- Coaching and mentoring team members to cultivate potential and foster a collaborative work environment- Promoting technological advances to create an environment where people and technology thrive together- Identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the FirmWhat You Must Have- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for a Bachelor's degree- Demonstrating strategic leadership in business development and client management- Cultivating potential through mentoring and coaching future leaders- Translating vision into actionable business growth strategies- Promoting technological advances to enhance client satisfaction- Developing innovative solutions and driving thought leadership- Navigating complex negotiations with executive-level stakeholdersTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
