Mass Tort Litigation Attorney Full Time Houston, TX, US $115,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually Our law firm is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney for our office in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will handle various aspects of mass tort cases, from research to courtroom representation, and manage discovery, drafting legal documents, and providing regular updates to executive leadership. Qualifications: Personal Injury legal experience: 3+ years (Preferred) Mass Tort legal experience: 3+ years (Preferred) Experience with Sexual Abuse cases Experience and willingness to file cases in Federal Court. Strong consideration will be given to those with experience filing in various Federal Courts. Client-oriented with excellent customer service skills. Ability to adhere to strict deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to manage time and tasks effectively. Must be a good standing member of the bar association. Case management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
