Business Development Specialist

$80k - $90k

Nelson Elder Care Law LLC

We are seeking a high-performing , revenue-focused Business Development professional to build, activate, and convert strategic referral partnerships into measurable client growth. You will identify and onboard referral partners, generate qualified consultations, and personally close referred clients at a 65% conversion target. You will own the process from first outreach to a signed engagement agreement. If you thrive on building meaningful partnerships AND driving revenue, then this role is for you! This is not a relationship-building-only role; this is a full-cycle growth seat! Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred But Not Required. Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Total Compensation #J-18808-Ljbffr
