Job Description: Store Manager / Store Director - LA A luxury fashion brand is seeking an entrepreneurial and client-focused Store Manager / Store Director to lead its West Hollywood boutique. The ideal candidate brings proven luxury retail leadership experience, an established book of business, and strong relationships within the entertainment, studio, and styling communities. This individual will be highly visible in the local market and skilled at cultivating high-value clientele while building a high-performing in-store culture. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership & Sales Performance Own overall store performance, delivering sales, profitability, and KPI targets. Develop and execute localized business strategies to grow revenue, repeat clientele, and market presence. Drive clienteling initiatives to maximize retention, average transaction value, and customer lifetime value. Analyze business trends and create action plans to capitalize on opportunities. Client Development & Community Presence Maintain and grow a strong personal book of business. Cultivate relationships with stylists, celebrity assistants, studio contacts, personal shoppers, and local influencers. Represent the brand within the West Hollywood luxury community through events and networking. Host private shopping appointments, styling sessions, and VIP outreach programs. Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 4 Associates and the Business Manager. Recruit, train, and retain top luxury talent. Set clear expectations around selling behaviors, service standards, and operational discipline. Foster a collaborative, elevated, and results-driven store culture. Operations & Financial Management Manage store budget, payroll, controllable expenses, and profitability. Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, cash controls, and compliance. Ensure luxury-level visual presentation and brand standards are consistently executed. Maintain strong inventory accuracy, shrink controls, and replenishment processes. Inventory & Merchandising Partner with planning and merchandising teams to optimize assortment and inventory flow. Monitor sell-through, stock levels, transfers, and client demand. Ensure the floor reflects seasonal priorities and commercial opportunities. Qualifications 5+ years of management experience in luxury retail, with prior Store Manager or Store Director experience preferred. Proven track record leading a $1M+ luxury retail business. Established personal client book with strong retention and sales production history. Existing relationships within styling, entertainment, studio, and VIP networks in West Hollywood / Los Angeles preferred. Strong financial acumen including payroll, budgets, and expense management. Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong operational and inventory management skills. Salary $130,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr SBH Fashion
