Are you a strategic marketing leader who thrives in the intersection of luxury hospitality and precision operations? We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing vision for a premier, high-profile enterprise client.

In this client-facing role, you will lead a team of 3 direct reports in field marketing to drive engagement and enhance the customer experience of 3 locations in New York City , while supporting a prestigious national portfolio of over 10 locations. This is a "white-glove" service environment where you will translate complex client needs into sophisticated, insight-driven marketing strategies that elevate the guest experience from the boardroom to the breakroom.

The Impact You Will Make

• Visionary Strategy: Own the marketing vision across the entire customer journey, from a food hall to executive programs, premium amenities, and high-end dining environments.
• National Leadership: Lead quarterly and annual planning across a 10+ site national portfolio, ensuring brand consistency while maintaining local relevance.
• Operational Excellence: Partner closely with Culinary, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and strong financial stewardship.
• Elevated Storytelling: Oversee merchandising and menu storytelling to enhance presentation and reflect premium standards.
• Team Development: Manage and mentor your direct reports while acting as a strategic influence across cross-functional teams.

Who You Are

• Experienced Leader: You bring 7+ years of strategic marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury, and complex F&B operational environments.
• People Manager: You have 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Executive Presence: You possess exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a proven track record of delivering polished updates to senior stakeholders.
• Data-Driven: You use guest feedback and operational data to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• Agile & Present: You thrive in fast-moving, in-person environments and are comfortable with a role that requires a full-time in-office presence.

Location & Compensation

• Location: Based at the client's NYC headquarters with travel to other national locations.
• Structure: This is an in-office position with no remote options available.
• Compensation: The salaried rate for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 with a 13% bonus potential.
