Director Of Operations

As Director of Operations, you'll work directly with Aubree Lewis to transform vision into execution. Your role is to build the systems, accountability, and operational excellence that allow our business to continue growing while freeing Aubree to focus on leadership, relationships, content creation, innovation, and lead generation. This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain operations. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving, and scaling businesses. Qualifications: • • Experience in building and optimizing business systems and workflows. • Ability to create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation. • Proven track record of leading special projects and enhancing efficiency through technology and automation. • Strong understanding of YouTube as a lead generation platform, including content planning and SEO. • Ability to oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand consistency. • Experience in managing marketing calendars, content production workflows, and vendor relationships. • Proven ability to monitor marketing performance and continuously improve systems for growth support. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
