Job Description:Associate, eCommerce OperationsAbout the RoleThe Associate, eCommerce Operations within the Marketing Operations group will support the creation and management of key ecommerce flows for the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, Financial News and IBD. This role will liaise directly with our marketing, product and tech teams to ensure a seamless checkout experience for our flagship publications. You Will:Execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers presented in market - including digital pricing, promotions, and site assetsCreate new offers and manage existing offers within the ecommerce platform in order to promote flagship publicationsImplement and build new landing pages for acquisition campaigns to ensure a seamless checkout experienceLiaise with the Marketing team in order to provide ongoing support for acquisition and retention campaigns to ensure the checkout flow is working as expectedCoordinate with internal tech teams to ensure new offerings in market can be supported by the existing fulfillment and billing systemsCollaborate with the QA manager and provide quality checks to ensure the eCommerce flows are working as expected prior to launching in market - including accurate setup, QA offers, and maintain documentation and processes to ensure efficient executionMulti-task across multiple projects, business units and stakeholders in an organized mannerYou Have:Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred or equivalent experience0-2 years experience in eCommerceKnowledge of the subscription business preferredExperience with ATG is a plus.
