About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative products that drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer value. This role is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring products and features from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with a proven track record of managing products throughout the product lifecycle. They thrive in fast-paced environments, balance strategic thinking with execution, and are passionate about solving complex business and user challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision aligned with company objectives
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and optimization
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer research, stakeholder feedback, market analysis, and business goals
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact product solutions
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to inform decision-making and product improvements
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and resource constraints
• Facilitate product planning, roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment meetings
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Drive go-to-market planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Monitor product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue performance metrics
• Champion customer-centric product development and advocate for user needs throughout the organization
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities that may impact product success
• Continuously improve product processes, workflows, and team effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related roles
• Proven success managing products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
• Strong understanding of product management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and product development best practices
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in a technology-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make data-informed decisions
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, Monday.com, or Asana
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, fintech, or other high-growth industries
• Strong background in customer research, product analytics, and experimentation
• Experience launching and scaling digital products or platforms
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of product metrics, A/B testing, and data analytics platforms
