Join KT and be part of a firm where relationships, innovation, and professional growth come together to make an impact.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, including related research as neededReview tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulationsConduct tax research and resolve client inquiries and complex tax issuesAnalyze financial data and provide recommendations to support client decision-makingManage multiple client engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBuild and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisorMentor and support the development of junior staff membersStay current on tax laws, regulations, and industry trends through ongoing learningRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) certificationTax compliance experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate and public accounting experienceExperience preparing individual tax returnsPreferred Qualifications:Experience serving clients across a variety of industriesStrong communication and client service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillStrong communication skills, both written and verbalWork Schedule & Location:Full-time positionAnnual requirement of 2256 hours in a calendar yearIncreased hours (55+) required during peak tax seasonFlexible hours in the off seasonBased in any of our four office locations: Rapid City or Spearfish, SD, or Casper or Gillette, WY.Compensation & Benefits:Salary depends on experience and expertise.
