Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team and help deliver restaurant-quality meals in a refined, service-focused environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, values teamwork, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to chef specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in all kitchen areas.
- Assist with prep work, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to meet service timelines and guest expectations.
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to maintain smooth operations.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
