What You’ll Do:

Line Cooks are responsible for the food guests rave about! You will prep for and prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.

LINE COOKS RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Recipe Adherence

·       Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

·       Prepare food for service in a timely manner

·       Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

·       Answer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructions

·       Maintain a clean work environment

·       Stock inventory appropriately

·       Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion

·       Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards

·       Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

·       Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work
