Additionally, cook other menu items using a flat-top grill and fryers.Portion all products accurately, follow recipes precisely, and ensure that plate presentation showcases the authenticity of our barbecue.Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhere to sanitization standards, and follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene.We Are Looking for a Line Cook who:Is able to lead a team to consistently produce excellent results.Can excel in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.Has at least two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.Has good English communication skills.Is comfortable standing for long periods and can lift up to 50 pounds, if needed.Has the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.Join the Midwood Smokehouse family and be part of a team dedicated to delivering the best barbecue and culinary experience to our guests!FS Food Group is an equal opportunity employer.
