Post-Sales Success Specialist (Hybrid, Chicago)

You will follow up on inquiries, assist with quotes, develop cases, and process orders to support our sales professionals. The role emphasizes collaboration across post-sale teams to ensure TIC certification timelines are met, renewals planned, and customer relationships maintained.
