Job Description
•Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities to ensure efficient and high-quality patient services.
•Supervise administrative and clinical support teams while promoting a collaborative work environment.
•Monitor operational performance, staffing levels, and patient satisfaction metrics.
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
•Develop and implement operational policies and process improvement initiatives.
•Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization across departments.
•Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for senior leadership.
•Collaborate with headquarters in Japan and local leadership to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.

要件
•5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or medical office management.
•2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
•Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and operational best practices.
•Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Professional-level English communication skills.
•Business-level Japanese proficiency preferred.
