Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CF) Location: McDonough, GA 30253Schedule: 24 hours per week (Flexible schedule)Employment Type: School-Based ContractContract Dates: ASAP May 27, 2027Pay Rate: Starting at $50/hour (dependent on experience)Position Overview Birch Agency is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join a school-based team in the McDonough, Georgia area for the 20262027 school year.This part-time opportunity offers a flexible 24-hour per week schedule, making it an excellent fit for clinicians seeking work-life balance or supplemental hours. The SLP will support approximately 30 elementary-aged students in a collaborative school environment while providing comprehensive speech-language services.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students.Manage a caseload of approximately 30 K5 students.Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mild Intellectual Disabilities (MID), and other communication needs within the general education curriculum.Complete all required responsibilities, including therapy services, evaluations, progress monitoring, IEP meetings, documentation, and case management.Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to promote student success.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations.Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to improve students' communication and educational outcomes.Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required.Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure required.Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.Ability to independently manage a school-based caseload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Work Environment Elementary school setting serving Kindergarten through 5th-grade students.Approximately 30-student caseload.Flexible 24-hour per week schedule.Collaborative environment with teachers, administrators, school psychologists, occupational therapists, and other related service providers.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.Why Work with Birch Agency?
