Requirements: Minimum of 1-year current acute care Level 111 NICU hospital experience; BLS, NRP
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for neonatal patients in the NICU environment
• Monitor and operate advanced medical equipment such as monitors, ventilators, and IV pumps
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists and nurse practitioners to develop and implement patient care plans
• Demonstrate autonomous critical thinking and strong advocacy for neonatal patients and their families
• Maintain compliance with unit policies and safety guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes
