Customer Service Representative Customer Service Representative - Process Improvement Location: Conyers, Georgia Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (1-hour lunch) Pay: $20-22/hr Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Conyers, Georgia, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on process improvement. This is an in-person role that offers a positive work environment. This is not a call center position but a multifaceted role that requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The CSR will collaborate with internal and external teams to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience. Responsibilities & Duties: Must have working knowledge of Excel and basic formulas with willingness to learn. Manage customer accounts, supporting Inside Sales Engineers and outside sales teams. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met. Enter job information and coordinate with relevant parties. Verify accuracy of Purchase Orders and match with invoices. Generate product documentation and materials for customers. Manage delivery schedules and communicate with customers regarding equipment delivery and issues. Collaborate with accounting to resolve credit issues. Qualifications/Requirements: Proven ability to write processes and procedures. Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially in Excel.
