This is an onsite position based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.What You Will DoYou will lead the design and implementation solution deployment training documentation. You will lead the facilitation of solution training events for various adoption participants. You will set-up and own sandbox environments for technology incubation and development. Leveraging AI in the improvement and innovation of our deployment activities (user guide, training, metrics, feedback, triage support, etc...) You will work across teams and departments to enable rapid onboarding of the Cert DevOps technology.  You will mentor, train and onboard teammates.  You will be expected to be a self-starter, able to multitask and manage unplanned events.   You will use your organizational skills to keep track of everything. You will use your effective communication skills to keep engineering peers, leadership and customers up to date.    You will use your problem solving, decision making, and teamwork skills to support the team mission.  Qualifications You Must Have:  Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experiencePractical experience in all aspects/phases the software engineering product lifecycle to include all phases of certification.  Experience with DevSecOps.  Experience with: GitLab, Git, CMake, MinGW, LynxOS, Coverity, Artifactory, Docker, Vista.  Qualifications We Prefer: Experience and/or knowledge of scripting languages: Python, Robot, Lava.  Experience with networking protocols and IT infrastructure.  Experience with AI technology for automation enhancements. Experience in detailed technical writing for solution adopters. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
