Breast Radiologist

Position Overview

Onsite Women's Health (OWH) is seeking a Breast Radiologist to join our care team, reading in person at one of our OH breast centers plus additional remote reading volume across OWH's national network of partner sites. This is a newly created, flexible position that can be customized to your desired volume and earning potential.

OWH radiologists are part of a large, established reading network — 18+ contracted breast imagers reading a combined 600K+ projected breast exams in 2026 . OWH provides the technology, clinical support, and operational infrastructure so radiologists can focus on reading, not administration.

Pay Structure

This role is largely productivity based with a fee per scan paid by modality. In addition to the productivity payments, there is an additional fee paid to be on site one day a week.

Additional volume based incentives are also available.

Compensation range will be shared and discussed during the initial screening call.

Schedule & Location

• OH Breast Center location: Upper Arlington, OH

• Starting January 2027: Primarily remote with one day onsite at the OH breast center.

• Starting mid-2027 : In-person requirement increases to two days per week, as the practice transitions additional in-person volume to this role.

• In-person days include real-time diagnostic reads, biopsies, and screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Modalities read : screening mammography, ABUS, diagnostic mammograph y, diagnostic breast ultrasound , and biopsies.

• Modality split : 80% screening mammography, 20% all other modalities

• Perform image-guided breast biopsies and other interventional breast procedures during in-person days.

• Provide real-time diagnostic reads while on-site one day a week .

• Read additional volume remotely with a 24-48 hour turnaround time.

• Partner with the current radiologist during a planned transition period as in-person coverage grows in 2027.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Radiology; fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the relevant state (or ability to obtain). Additional stat licenses are a plus.

• Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) qualification for interpreting mammography.

• Experience with screening and diagnostic breast imaging and image-guided breast biopsy.

• Comfortable working across a hybrid remote/in-person model and coordinating with a distributed reading team.
